If getting an error on the apps

In case you are getting an error on the both iOS and Android apps, please do the following steps
 

1. Click OK/retry on the error message (if still coming)
2. Log out of the app - click the Account from the bottom navigation and then the last option Logout
3. Close the app
4. Log in to the app with your credentials

It should solve the problem, if not please uninstall the app and download it again.
