Didn’t receive the email?
If you did not receive your account activation email, check the following:
- The email is in a spam/junk folder: Check your spam or junk folder to see if the activation email arrived there instead of the inbox.
- Incorrect email address while registering. Did you accidentally enter the incorrect email address? Confirm that you used the right address to sign up. If not, repeat the steps to register an account.
- Blocked by email provider: Your email provider might have blocked the automated email message, please add support@kiwiwallet.co.nz to your email 'safe list' to assure delivery.
