The way our application works that whenever you click on the 'Get Cashback Now' button, the user is redirected to the selected retailer's website. But there is a setting in Safari 'Block pop-ups' which blocks this. It is recommended to change the 'Block pop-ups' setting to OFF whenever using Kiwiwallet.
You can find the Safari setting on iPhone/iPad
1. Tap the Settings icon on the Home page.
2. In the Settings screen that appears, tap Safari.
3. Then tap 'Block pop-ups' to off then Kiwiwallet will redirect to the selected retailer's website.
